Appearance: Cloudy pale straw color, with a thick, creamy, fluffy white head that sticks around for a while, and leaves beautiful lacing
Smell: Banana, wheat, cloves, citrus
Taste: Banana, wheat, cloves, coriander, finishes with lemony tartness
Mouthfeel: Medium body, feels almost creamy, but with good carbonation
Overall: An excellent Witbier, just wish it was cheaper and easier to find. It is great.

Slightly hazy lemon with a modest ivory head. Orange zest, clove, wheat, lemon, coriander, and floral hops form the very strong aroma. Banana emerges late. Flavor is slightly more subdued, with citrus leading, and becoming bready and toasted mid palate. Citrus notes strengthen in subsequent sips, dominating the profile.
Delicious take on the style. I love the bready malt presence, and the fact that it's not bubblegum or banana laden until the finish.
