Pours a cloudy tan color into a chalice. Not a great head. A bit of lace sticks.
Very mild aroma. Slight Juicy Fruit, very faint orange, perhaps some coriander.
Decent depth of flavor; probably stronger than other witbiers I've had. Typical witbier flavors.
Somewhat fizzy mouthfeel, slightly dry finish.
Overall, a good beer but not my favorite witbier.

Slightly hazy lemon with a modest ivory head. Orange zest, clove, wheat, lemon, coriander, and floral hops form the very strong aroma. Banana emerges late. Flavor is slightly more subdued, with citrus leading, and becoming bready and toasted mid palate. Citrus notes strengthen in subsequent sips, dominating the profile.
Delicious take on the style. I love the bready malt presence, and the fact that it's not bubblegum or banana laden until the finish.
