Pours a hazy, very pale straw colour with and ample head of foam. Looks exactly how a wit should like.
Smell is again - exactly how a wit should smell. Perhaps a bit strong on the phenolics, but it has a delicate spice and distinctive orange citrus. Slight tartness in the aroma, no breadiness.
Taste is spot on. Perfectly balanced between spices, bitterness, and tartness with no one element overpowering. It's an excellent, complex balance. There's no maltiness to speak of, and the finish is crisp, extremely dry, and slightly bitter.
Mouthfeel is low to medium, and it finishes exceptionally dry. Lots of carbonation.
Drinkability is great. It's well balanced which keeps any one element from overwhelming the palate.

Slightly hazy lemon with a modest ivory head. Orange zest, clove, wheat, lemon, coriander, and floral hops form the very strong aroma. Banana emerges late. Flavor is slightly more subdued, with citrus leading, and becoming bready and toasted mid palate. Citrus notes strengthen in subsequent sips, dominating the profile.
Delicious take on the style. I love the bready malt presence, and the fact that it's not bubblegum or banana laden until the finish.
