11.2 oz bottle into a Witte glass. A good looking one finger head rises from my pour and I swirl the bottle to get all of the yeast on the bottom. A cloudy beverage of yellowish tan. Looks like a pale, murky apple cider. Active carbonation is barely visible due to the thick brownish particles suspended in solution.
Nose is wonderful. Apples, lemon, spice and wheat malt. Light clove and banana notes. A closer sniff reveals a deep wheaty structure that interleaves with the yeast. Quite heady.
Taste is sweet wheat malt and sour apple at first. More apple with lemon and gentle clove. Faint spices. In this bottle a bit of soapyness in the finish along with a cleansing hop bittering. My previous bottle had a pronounced bubblegum component that was all but overshadowed by the soap in this one. Very refreshing dryness that calls you back.
Mouthfeel is on the heavy side of medium light. My tongue dances with this one and is very happy. Carbonation is spot on and the active bubble tingle the mouth delightfully. I would love to go into more detail but I've finished the glass. This leads to....
Drinkability is superb. I found myself with an empty glass before I knew it on two different occasions with this stuff. make sure to have several on hand when you break out this rare and wonderful treat.

Slightly hazy lemon with a modest ivory head. Orange zest, clove, wheat, lemon, coriander, and floral hops form the very strong aroma. Banana emerges late. Flavor is slightly more subdued, with citrus leading, and becoming bready and toasted mid palate. Citrus notes strengthen in subsequent sips, dominating the profile.
Delicious take on the style. I love the bready malt presence, and the fact that it's not bubblegum or banana laden until the finish.
