This is the gold standard of witbiers. The taste is smooth and intense, balanced and pure perfection. Is it worth 3X the price of Blue Moon? Yes. WillI keep a stash for regular consumption? No, but then I am a dark beer fanatic and only drink witbier for refreshment. A must try to experience the potential of the style.

22oz bomber from Wilbur's, poured in a Blue Moon weizen glass.
A- Hazy pale yellow, tons of visible carbonation, great big bubbles streaming toward the surface. Head is a very soapy light looking head, less than 1/2 finger thick. I really like the color of this beer and just how it looks in a sexy weizen glass.
S- Very rich smell, lemon and grass, wheat malts, overripe banana, white bread, a richer malt smell than most wheats. This is absolutely mouthwatering.
T- Oh man, what wonderful tastes. Softer tones of tart lemon, mild bitter grass, dry taste but the richness is exceptional. Very full taste and a delicious creamy aftertaste, one of the best tasting wheat beers I've ever had. This is so good and balanced, I wish the bomber was endless.
M- Tiny tiny bubbles break up an otherwise full and thicker feel. So light and uplifting, this is why I drink wits; they just put me in a good mood.
D- Stunning drinkability. I could drink this any time, any place.
Without a doubt, this is the finest wheat beer I've ever had.
