A-nice amber color with a good off-white head and some lacing
S-caramel malt, citrus, light pine, little grassy
T-light grapefruit, pineapple, caramel malt, light pine, little grassy, mild to moderate bitter finish
F-medium body with moderate carbonation! crisp
O-decent IPA, but a little too much sweetness comes through in the malt for me

Bottle from trade with Cbuk1013. Reddish gold pour with white head. Nice aromatics of pine and citrus, also hay.
Taste is full of hop punch - fresh, crisp and light. Very smooth and drinkable. Depending on the freshness this could be a really remarkable beer. Hope to find it on draft someday.

12 fluid ounce bottle
Served in my new Kuhnhenn snifter
A - It is tea colored. I must have forgotten how to pour. I ended up with a half a glass of off-white head.
S - There is a light citrus aroma. I also smell some fresh cut grass. Maybe the name is influencing my perception.
T - At first I tasted the citrus. The more I drink. The more the bitterness takes over becoming less pleasant.
M - Moderate
O - It started out good with light citrus notes, but I found the building bitterness overwhelming after a while.
