Poured from a 12 ounce bottle dated 2/14/17 sent by my brother.
The beer pours a very dark brown with almost no head on a vigorous pour. There is a small ring of foam thaw leaves a small amount of lacing.
The smell is roasted malts up front with strong banana (?), cocoa, char, and coffee.
The taste is very nice and not as dark as the smell. There is coffee, char, and roasted malts. There is also some sweet cocoa in the finish that really adds to it.
The mouthfeel is nicely smooth with low carbonation and decent thickness.
Overall this is a great stout. The sweetness on the finish makes the beer for me.

Pours dark....really dark with lots o head
Smell is roasty chocolate sugary almost like sweet bread.
I would agree that the mouthfeel is medium.
A solid Greenbush brew that I hope opens up as it warms up.
Would buy again
