On tap at Blue Palms Brewhouse in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a murky golden-yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Thick swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, lemon zest, and citrus juice aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus fruit, citrus zest, and grapefruit juice flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with really nice citrus forward hop aspects all around.
Serving type: on tap.
