Beautiful clear brew, absolutely the color of gold, with plenty of foam in the tulp. Flowery, fruity, and yeasty fragrance. It's the classic light Belgian taste. Warm and roasted flavors with a touch of toasted rye bread and a long yeasty aftertaste. It's like a two-thirds scale Tripel with the same flavors and only a little less alcohol. On tap at Tiger! Tiger! in North Park.

Pours a clear honey orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, yeast, and spices. Taste is much the same with a slightly fruity flavor as well. There is a very mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate after each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.

Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Incredibly clean aroma with nice bread and biscuit malt notes. A nice fresh hop bite (mostly floral hops) and a hint of spice. Not too much sweetness to this, fairly dry, especially on the finish. Good bread flavor and a soft floral hop character. A little bit of yeast and some hints of fruit esters and pepper.
