On-tap at Beachwood Brewing
Pours a lightly hazed golden straw color with a tall white head. Nice banana, citrus peel, and plenty of coriander. Some sweet biscuit malt, a touch of yeast, and mild vanilla. Sweet on the palate with a heavy dose of biscuity malt. There’s some slight bitterness from the orange peel flavor and a sweet coriander note to it as well. Very clean and straightforward witbier. A slight almond nuttiness on the finish.

On tap at Beachwood BBQ & Brewing in Long Beach, CA.
Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, spices, and some perfume-like aromas. Taste is much the same with a slight citrus flavor. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate after each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp but slightly thin bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is drinkable but nothing all that exciting in my opinion.

On-tap at Beachwood I,
A: Pours a semi-hazy yellow with a medium white head, some lace.
S: Coriander spice, raw wheat.
T: Definitely more coriander oriented in the Allagash White style. Very light orange peel. Some lemon zest, good flavour.
M: Crisp, clean, not as yeasty as this style tends to be. Easy drinking.
O: A by the books wit, it's well made as everything I've had from Beachwood's been. For me I like a lot more orange in wits, for fans of the Allagash style, they'll like this a lot.
