On tap at Beachwood BBQ & Brewing in Long Beach, CA.

Pours a hazy gold with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. A foamy curtain of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, and grassy aromas. Taste is much the same with a grain flavor on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink. (504 characters)

On-tap at Beachwood II, 45 IBU

A: Pours a clear gold with a medium white head, some solid lace.

S: Nice bready pils malt, with floral noble hops.

T: Direct pils malt flavour with a lot of hop character from the Saaz. Grass, honeysuckle, notes of light herbs.

M: Crisp and clean, light-bodied, definitely refreshing on an 80 degree day.

O: A solid well made pilsner lager. Hope this becomes the common beer at Beachwood as opposed to Foam Top, not that I don't like that beer, but this one has a bit more flavour and character with a nice bitter hoppy bite. (571 characters)
