For the long beach location:
In the base of a newer loft building, large glass roll up doors connect a large shaded/heated patio with the smaller main dining area. Sat at a comfy round booth, also there were many tables and chair settings. Large glass window behind the main bar that looks into the brewery.
Have been waiting to try Beachwood in general for a long time and the new brewpub specifically. Overall I thought the beer was solid if not particularly exciting - all were well balanced and smooth. Had slightly higher expectations for the house beers based on history of Beachwood.
Very nice tap and bottle list. I focused on the house brews since I had never visited before, but the guest taps included many beers I had never had, not to mention heard of. 8 house brews on tap running the style gambit, you can get flights of 4 - so amongst our party we tried them all. Then decided to have a pint of Melrose IPA 9my hop centric favorite) Also do half pours of the guest taps - tried a Moylans Hop Craic. Also many bottles on their list that are not common to find in the typical beer centric establlishment, with semi-reasonable prices: examples being FW15, 50/50 eclipse, 3f, etc.
Focused food menu, but again slightly let down from what my expectations were. Tried the BBQ brisket (too dry), chicken (quite good) and pulled pork (too dry). Also the chicken nachos (interesting), hush puppies, cornbread and both a field green and butter lettuce salad (my favorites). We might have made a mistake by not ordering any ribs - but that was beyond my control. Bar B Q sauces were good, appreciated the sweet and spicy choices. Large portions.
All in all a fun place with a great beer selection, that I will definitely go back to. Know that you can park in the building and get 3hrs validation.
Kid friendly, lots of families for lunch on a Sunday

Place is clean and easy to find
food was good we got the brisket sandwich had a little kick to it and the fries have great seasoning
they have an assortment of beers which they brew and good amount of guest taps
I like that they do half pints so you can try more stuff also do growler fills of their beer but was a drop pricey
A good atmosphere
