I poured this into a 16oz draft glass from a 12oz bottle.
A. The appearance is amber with a hint of red to it. It purs to a nice 2 finger head which laces beautifully down the glass as you drink it.
Smell. It has a wonderful smell of citrus to the hops. I pick up hints of pine as well.
T. The taste is out of this world. I absolutly love this beer!! Being from the Pittsburgh area I have a 5-6 hour drive just to get this stuff and it is well worth the trip. This Mild Ale has plenty of hops for the hopheads out there and not overpowering for the Malt fans as well. You can pick up the citrus/pine finish to the beer.
D. Drinkability Really?? After tasting this beer you WILL want more. It is deffinetly worth the long drive to get it for me.

Imperial Pint consumed earlier today at the brewpub in Munster. Notes taken during the experience.
A- Deep golden bodied tap to pint glass pour with a thick, creamy-frothy two finger white creamy. Decent head retention while a medium ring means webs of thin lace.
S- Citrus hops and juicy tangerine tropical hops make up most of the nose with some light cracked grains and yeast character.
T- More yeast bread comes to light here but the hops are still the main player. Juicy tangerine and grapefruit with orange, pine, floral and mango. Slight bit of spice and fresh cracked cereal grains.
MF- Lighter end body but a substantial frothy foamy feel supports the juicy hops. Slight bitterness but smooth and sessionable.
A good mix of juicy fruit and citrus zest hops with a moderate yeast and malt base but it mostly comes in as a bright, hoppy session ale.
