Type: on tap pint
From: The Bishop in Bloomington
Appearance: deep orange with nice clarity. a fingers worth of a white head. Good retention
Smell: a hoppy medley. some other smells adding to complexity but not overly distinguishable
Taste: lots of different hops, grassy, citrusy, and piney. some malts but mainly focuses on the hops. not bad but I was looking for something a little more complexity outside the hops
Mouthfeel: pretty light and very smooth. not too strong of a bitter aftertaste.
Overall: I wish the complexity came in a different manner. with this hop medley i would like stronger hop taste. glad i got to try it on tap and bought a six pack of something else.
Serving type: on-tap
