I bought this as a single at Union Jack's on the Manatawny. I drank it in a pint glass.
Pours a cloudy gold/orange with a 1/2 finger head of white bubbles. The head falls to not much, with very little lacing. Carbonation appears low.
Aroma is light toffee malt and luscious lemony citrus hops. Maybe some light grassy hop in there also.
Flavor is crisp, clean pale malt and nice citrusy hops. Hop bitterness is right there, as well. Fruity, with notes of pears or apples. Aftertaste is hoppy and lightly malty. Not sure this is a mild, by definition, but it's light and flavorful.
Mouthfeel is dry and crisp, with low to medium carbonation. Finish is dry and tight.
A very poundable brew; obviously has "session" written all over it. When I think of mild, I think more dark and less hoppy, but this is a delicious beer, no matter what. Malt and hops of this one work very well together.
