Imperial Pint consumed earlier today at the brewpub in Munster. Notes taken during the experience.
A- Deep golden bodied tap to pint glass pour with a thick, creamy-frothy two finger white creamy. Decent head retention while a medium ring means webs of thin lace.
S- Citrus hops and juicy tangerine tropical hops make up most of the nose with some light cracked grains and yeast character.
T- More yeast bread comes to light here but the hops are still the main player. Juicy tangerine and grapefruit with orange, pine, floral and mango. Slight bit of spice and fresh cracked cereal grains.
MF- Lighter end body but a substantial frothy foamy feel supports the juicy hops. Slight bitterness but smooth and sessionable.
A good mix of juicy fruit and citrus zest hops with a moderate yeast and malt base but it mostly comes in as a bright, hoppy session ale.

Appearance is a dark amber color with a two finger foamy head.
Aroma is bready, malty, with some hop character.
Taste is grain, bread, bitter hops and malt. No citrus or pine whatsoever.
Mouthfeel is crisp, light carbonation wi some lingering bitterness.
Not my favorite beer but I enjoy the flavors going on here.
Begging to be paired its food.
