Copper-gold color with orange and yellow hues. Thin head with short retention. Beer showed a chill haze.
Light citrus, apricot, mango and pine notes. white flowers.
Malt tones offset by the hops. Citrus, floral, pineapple, pine and resin.
Very dry, medium-bodied beer (despite the alcohol level). The hops seemed to lean hard on the bittering side of the equation, to the point of being overly so. Alcohol was well balanced as a result.
Seems a beer that is kind-of in-between, without really taking a position.
Serving type: on-tap
