22 oz bottle poured into brooklyn tall stemware. Big thanks to cari at Kahn's in indiana for helping put together my package!
appearance: hazy golden orange with a plumy puffy wihte head. Nice lacing
aroma: Big complex nose, the hops really just jump out at you, rose water, grapefruit, perfumy flowers, kind of smells like when you open the top of a batch of hoppy homebrew.
taste: Very big upfront with a fair amount of bitterness as expected and some sweet juicy malt as well although the bitterness wins in landslide. This beer seems to be bitter on the overall with a less than desirable amount of malt to balance it.
Overall: Tasty brew, this is the second i drank and the first tasted much more sweet than i expected as though it had aged, im not sure if they were from two different bottlings as there are no marking on FFF's bottles, but regardless a tasty brew. It feels like a beer that must be had on draught to be properly experienced. Live up to the hype? i will let you decide that on your own
