Intro: 22 oz. bottle in a tulip glass. Shared with a friend.
Appearance: Good pillowy, wheat colored head, almost like clouds floating on the top of the liquid, at least two fingers in depth, with lacing that clings to the side of the glass.
Smell: Fresh hoppy smell with a slight tone of citrus, orange, and lemon, just on the edge
Taste: Rich and creamy taste with lots of hops, not tasting the citrus I get from the smell.
Mouthfeel: It has a crisp and clean feel in the mouth with some dryness, but refreshing.
Overall: This beer appears in my top ten list because of its sharp and well balanced hop flavor that does not disappoint. Being a DIPA fan, tried and true, I return to this beer frequently and try to always keep some on hand.
