22oz bottle thanks to Vega406. Poured into Jackie O's snifter.
A- Pours a hazy brownish orange-gold with about a finger of white frothy head that recedes to a thin layer. About average carbonation.
S- Mango citrus hops with some pineapple, papaya, and a caramel malt background with some light spices. A little bit above average aroma strength.
T- Mango, peach, a little bit more pineapple on the finish with some caramel malts, light spices, and a light sweet citrusy aftertaste. Very light bitterness.
M- Medium bodied, very smooth, head adds a little bit of a nice creamy feel, about average carbonation, abv very well hidden.
O- This was a very good DIPA. Definitely up there with some of the better ones I've had, but probably not the best. Had a nice balance between the mango hops and the caramel malt backbone which resulted in a smooth and very flavorable DIPA. An awesome year round offering from FFF. If you're a hop-head try to get your hands on some.
