Thanks to OldSock for this bomber, which I shared with my burgeoning non-BA roommate.
This brew is a deep orange hue with a nice light white head. The aroma of freshly mown grass fills my nostrils from the first sip to the last. On the tongue, though, it turns to intense resin/pine cone. So much so that I had trouble finishing it. Lots of caramel, alcohol quite present.
Overall: certainly not the regular west coast mix of hops. I think the hop flavor is a bit one trick and hard to keep down. I'd definitely give it a second try, as perhaps I am just not used to this hop mix.
