750ml bottle poured into a chalice.
A: Golden on the pour, good clarity. Frothy white head settles instantly. No lacing.
S: Tart, very acidic. Sour white grape, sour green apple skin, lemon juice. Very subtle wheat.
T: White grape, lemon, green apple skin. Puckering tartness. Thinly wheaty. Dry. Grainy on the back end and into the finish.
M: Light bodied. Very slight wheat fluffiness. Well carbonated.
O: Maybe a touch more grainy than I like my Berliner Weisse, but true to style. Puckeringly tart and very crushable. A great summer quaff.

750ml bottle into a Berliner Weiss glass. Thanks goes to Pidzik12.
A: Pours a shade lighter than apple juice with a foamy, airy, and very fizzy bright white head that quickly faded away into nothingness.
S: Tart, bright, crisp, and refreshing scents of lemon zest, minerally seltzer water, slight stone fruit and golden fruit, bready yeast and acid.
T: Bright, up front tartness followed by golden fruits, pear, lemon, and crackery bready yeast. The finish has a kiss of sweetness and green apple, and the aftertaste is juicy and drying, with lingering fruity sweetness and crisp tartness. There's an earthy quality as well. Wheat is light and grainy.
M: Juicy and slick mouthfeel, dry but a bit buttery and full from the wheat. Crispy, refreshing medium body. Good sharp tartness that isn't lingering. Fuzzy and frothy carbonation that is ample but soft.
O: Very good flavor and mouthfeel. All around very enjoyable. One of the heaviest Berliners I've had. Extremely delicious though. Thanks for including this Paul.
