This is an enjoyable pale ale. I had heard alot of references to it and had high hopes, it did not disappoint.
A: Pours a solid cream white head with substantial resin and lacing. Orange to amber in color.
S: Citrus, grapefruit and lemons.
T: The malt comes through more than I expected from this pale ale. It is a malt forward pale with substantial bittering that follows all the way to the end.
M: Pockets start to tingle and the wash is zingy from the carbonation.
O: I stand behind, my favorite IPA is brewed by Surly out of Minnesota, and I think they styled on this beer. Still take the surly first, but this is a close second.
