22 oz. into pint glass (a neat trick)
A: Cloudy amber with a nice blonde head that dissipates to make a ring around the glass. Nice lacing too.
S: Hoppy and malty. A bit of alcohol smell, and some caramel and unsweetened chocolate as well. Wet cherry wood sawdust.
T: Hops, malt, caramel, unsweetened chocolate. Pineapple and bitter cherry notes. Finishes very dry and bitter, but its an awesome dry and bitter. Yum.
M: Mouth feel is awesome. Usually the barely wine brews that I've had have been lacking in that area. this one is really good. Makes me proud to be a Hoosier!
D: This beer is strong. So you can't have a six pack of this stuff while playing 7 card stud no peek. Despite its strength, this beer is awesome. For those who want to have one beer and make it count in warmth and taste this is the one. I give her an A+.
Update: Just had this one again @ Starkey's barn bar. Awesome beeer... Worth the molah.. Try one on its fits like a mo fuckin glove.
