On tap at FFF, served in a tulip
A - Golden with a clean white 1" head that quickly dissipated to a thin cap. Lacing was minimal.
S - huge, hopped to the max. pine and pineapple.
T - heavily hopped at the front- lots of pine, pineapple, orange peel with a slight lingering bitterness.
M - Moderate carbonation, crisp, nice bitterness on the finish. Hops overpower the malt, but the above is still noticeable.
O - On the hoppier side of most DIPA's. Not as balanced as Dreadnaught but if in the mood for a hop kick in the face, this is your beer.

from notes. bomber into my fff teku glass.
a - pours a nearly transparent amber color and formed a 2 finger, sudsy, off white head right away. foam dissipates just as fast, leaving spotty lacing in the glass.
s - honey, orange citrus, strawberry, faintly floral.
t - sugary sweet malt with massive citrus and floral hop character. notes of orange, and berry. a massive, resinous bitterness slaps the tongue and lingers for quite a while. finishes a little on the dry side.
m - heavier side of medium, but i think that's mostly from all the hop oils. adequate carbonation, finer co2 profile.
o - another solid beer from fff, just bordering on cloyingly sweet though. you'd never notice the 9% either until you reach the end of the bottle and try to stand up. would love to have regular access to this without the 4 hour drive.
