Thanks to Dunn for bringing this one back from his travels.

A - bright yellow with a thin lacing of white head

S - floral, faint alcohol, mango, grapefruit, pineapple

T - mango, citrus, pineapple, bread, faint alcohol

M - warm, medium bodied, smooth, well carbonated

This has huge citrusy hop character. It's complex and very fruity. The malt is bready and a bit sweet. There's exceptional balance and dangerous drinkability. This is very impressive!

Review from notes.

22oz bomber from laymansbeerfan (totally awesome - thanks man) poured into my Jackie O's tulip.

A: Gold color with ample white head and decent lacing, a bit of chill haze.

S: Very floral nose, tropical fruit, sweet orange, pink grapefruit, floral and herbal hops. big-time malt backbone, with some crackery sweetness combining with the hop bitterness.

There is definitely marmalade and apricot, and just a bit of a wine wine character.

T: Starts very bitter and finishes herbal and dry; tangerine, grapefruit, citrus rind, floral sweetness, herbal and oily, and as it warms the white wine dryness comes out.

MF: Bitter moderate body with an oily dry finish.

O: Unique and enjoyable. Glad to have tried it.

22oz bottle courtesy of Vega406, thanks Josh! Poured into Jackie O's snifter.

A- Pours a hazy slightly brownish golden with about a quarter finger of white head that recedes fairly fast. About average carbonation.

S- Grapefruit hops, lemon, malts, mango. Slightly above average aroma strength.

T- Grapefruit hops mixed with a fairly malty backbone and finishes with with a nice citrusy mango, pineapple aftertaste that lingers for awhile.

M- Medium bodied, average carbonation, smooth, abv very well hidden.

O- This was another good DIPA from FFF. Again definitely one of the better DIPAs that I've had, but not the best I've had. This beer had a very nice citrus fruit taste with a great lingering aftertaste. A little bit maltier, more grapefruit (instead of mango) hops, and a bit more bitter then Dreadnaught. I definitely recommend trying a bottle if you are a true Hop-Head.
