Thanks again to rfraga77 for hooking me up with this gem. Poured into a Allagash flute.
A: Holy golden yellow. This beer looks rather yellow- almost like a neon golden yellow- with a nice off-white 1.5 finger head that dissipated rather quickly. Pretty awesome looking IPA that looks like it will have an awesome hop-bite to it.
S: Hop-tastic. Awesome bouquet of wonderful hoppiness and citrus. Grapefruit or pineapple possibly? Sweet aroma as well. Smells like a winner.
T: Hello hops. A nice mean hop bite that almost scorches the whole palate with its awesomeness. Definitely orange or grapefruit rind present in the taste, the sweetness doesn't make an appearance here sadly- but then again it is called Arctic Panzer Wolf, not Happy Golden Bunny. Flavor fits the name, total hop-scorch and burn.
M: Not a heavy IPA, rather medium to light-medium bodied. the weight of the beer definitely compliments the flavors, any heavier and it would almost be not as enjoyable to drink.
O: I'd say we've got a winner. One badass beer with a hell of a name, and the flavor, aroma, and appearance to match it. I would really like to get my hands on another bottle of this or try it on tap.

this beer has a dusty golden colour and grows a lovely light tan head when poured. modest clings of lacing hang around as the glass empties. the carbonation is very light.
the nose has a pleasant caramel sweet presence with some luscious floral hops on top. grapefruit notes and a hint of orange candy.
the flavor is delicious. the malt presence is enjoyable without any cloying aspects. the hop profile cuts through the malty character to dry the palate and achieve a balance that makes this beer a delight to drink.
the mouthfeel is medium. it is sturdy and balanced and is a pleasure to consume.
overall, this is a nice recipe from the three. it has some strength that gives the drinker a nice glow and allows feelings of love and appreciation for the beer to flourish. it is absolutely an imperial recipe, but the balance is striking. i had this on tap at the brewery and made sure i grabbed a bomber to enjoy later. that time is now and i have a smile on my face. time for some pizza from Mr. Scribs. life is so darn good right now...

I had this on-tap at the Three Floyds brewpub for $5.
Pours a cloudy copper orange color with a minor head but great lacing. Has a mild scent of bitter hops. Rather bold and flavorful, even though it was rather hoppy it wasn't overly bitter. Crisp, clean, and refreshing. Nicely served in proper glassware and temperature I might add.
