Collaboration with Mikkeller
Tredje gang er lykkens gang…. Denne gang har Mikkeller og Three Floyds brygget en Rye Wine, med masser af rug, malt, lækker humle og gær. Og lidt vand. Enjoy!

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Deep hazy copper. Big khaki head. Good retention. Some lacing.
Smell - Grapefruit hops. A little bit of hops. Caramel. Some slight rye. Decent, but a little one dimensional.
Taste - Hops are quite strong. Sweet. Caramel. Oxidation too. Rye more prominent. Bitter finish.
Mouthfeel - Well carbonated. Overly hopped. Medium body.
Overall - Getting old. Still aggressively hopped.
