Hazy peach, not completely cloudy or opaque with a dense white head.
Big pine hops are the first aroma, then citrus, mangoes, peaches, then sweet pineapple. Smells juicy and promising.
A juicy tart taste. Pine and grass are equally present with citrus hops and fruity sweetness. Very sweet and refreshing. Great balance of tart and sweet. Interesting to have so many pine/grass hops with such lush tropical fruit flavor.
Denser than it seems from the sweet taste. Leaves a great sticky film in my mouth.

Notes from 7/16/14 at Hopleaf in Chicago, IL.
On tap into pint glass
A: Translucent copper color with a beige head that settled to nothing. Minor lacing.
S: Huge fresh hop smell with notes of tropical fruit including papaya and mango. Pine and resinous as well.
T: Taste does not follow the nose too closely. Tropical comes through as unripe mango, which can be unpleansantly piney at times. There is an bitter hop flavor that is overwhelming.
M: Moderate body and well carbonated.
D: The nose is extremely appealing with juicy citra hops and tropical fruit. Extremely fresh and "wet" hop profile. Taste is very good, though it falls a bit flat. The bitterness is a touch unpleasant, but overall it's a solid pale ale.
