Zombie Dust sports a polished brass body with good clarity. Carbonation swims to the surface from all over the pint glass. A two finger, foamy white head forms on the pour that eventually becomes creamy and settles to a fat finger throughout the entire drink. Solid lacing is left up and down the glass.
Pungent citrusy and tropical hop notes explode from the glass along with a nice resinous bite. Clementines, pineapple, and papaya all have their place with that big resinous quality bringing up the rear in larger amounts as it warms. A mild cracker crust maltiness, that's barely discernable, allows the hop profile to shine.
This is the freshest bottle of Zombie Dust I've ever had and the resinous hop quality is huge whereas the citrus/tropical character tends to dominate when a couple weeks old. Resinous up front with a gripping bitterness. The citrus kicks in midway through and leads throughout the swallow. Tropical notes linger after the swallow. Great beer!
Mouthfeel is spot on. Medium bodied with a light feel thanks to the moderate carbonation. There's a nice velvety body with gripping bitterness on the inside of the cheeks.
Zombie Dust is a beer I never get tired of. Every time I have one it continues to be exciting and delicious. I can't recommend this beer highly enough. It's been tough to find over the last 7 or 8 months though. I had to go to the brewery to pick this up and it was flying out of the door.

Ahhh, Zombie Dust. Reminds me of what Alpha King used to be like before (IMO) they changed it. This is a really great beer, but it still makes me scratch my head how it gets a 100, and is so high up on the top 250.
A-Looks just like any other pale ale, but its got this cloudy haze I enjoy, and the head is super fluffy like it came out the tap.
S- Straight pineapple peach graprfruit yumminess. Havent smelled a beer that smelled this good since Victory Hop Ranch(HR was better IMO) Definition of hop bomb.
T-Wow, this is tasty. Its got flavor enough to make me think its a DIPA, which it definitely isnt. Big pine and citrus flavor. Maybe a lil peach or mango, Its bitter, but I wish it was just a tad more. Very sweet. Zero malt flavor, but then again, Im pretty sure thats the idea.
M-The only place where Id say its lacking. Its appearance and explosion of flavor leave just a bit heavier mouthfeel to be expected.
Overall, its a solid offering, but just like every other 3F beer, it costs too much and is over hyped. Reminds me of Two Hearted, and thats at least 3 bucks cheaper and has more ABV.
