Poured a hazy amber. Huge 3 finger foamy head of big white bubbles. Clingy lace left after every sip.

Smells of honey, hop resins, and tropical fruits.

Highly complex flavors. Tropical fruits such as pineapple, grapefruit and lemon rinds, apricots, and a slight hint of honey. Perfectly balanced malt backbone. Not too sweet, and dangerously drinkable.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied yet crisp. Hop oils leave a bit of a slick on the tongue.

Overall a stunning beer. I could drink this all day and night. Leans more toward an IPA in my opinion, but who really cares about the classification. It's an amazing brew regardless of what you call it. wish I could get this stuff on a regular basis!

12oz bottle received via Growling at the Moon. Thanks for the brew, Dain!

Pours into an imperial pint glass, forming a 1/2" light beige head over the cloudy dark golden amber brew. Head recedes slowly, with leggy lasting lace. Aroma is juicy citrus.

Taste starts malty, tangerine and citrus in the middle, and closes bitter yet somewhat balanced. Mouthfeel is wow smooth, and drinkability is amazing. Will be on the lookout for again.

This beer will change your life, a perfect example of the eccentric awesomeness of 3F brewery. An APA for the IPA lover.

Pours a hazy burnt orange with a two finger creamy white head

Smells of grapefruit and tangerines

Though not overly carbonated it is very effervescent as it spreads it hoppy joy across the pallet.

It almost hints at it being a dry hopped wheat ale but lacking that bready aftertaste, finishes clean but the hops hang on to your tongue for dear life.

Lacing is great as you can recall each sip by its mark on the glass.

A very creamy yet light mouthfeel.

I know this beer is hard to find outside of NW Indiana but if there were any reason to cross state lines for a beer this is it.

Three Floyds Zombie Dust is a 60 IBU Pale Ale that pours a deep amber, also has a very hazy deep orange hue~ Aromas of Pine forest smack your nostril instantly... Like a citrus fruit stand in the middle of a Pine forest, Yeast and Hops present as well~ Mouthful is light, creamy and refreshing, much less sticky than anticipated for a 6.4% low carbination~ Taste is crisp and clean, Citrus right away... Orange Grapefruit, Mango, Passion Fruit, Lemon Zest and Pineapple... All of which are balanced to near perfection with Carmel malt, Honey and a Bready Backbone~ Zombie Dust is not complex, her strengthens are a ridiculously refreshing, well balanced sleek and smoothness that delivers on point and shines while doing so~ How Three Floyd's pulls off their brew being light, refreshing smooth and subtle WHILE also being Big, Hearty, Satisfying, Bold 'Meaty' and Tasty is beyond me! However, they rock each one seamlessly... Cheers to 3Floyds ! A bit of a dank yet funky (soapy) aftertaste is the only MINASCULE Drawback~
