Appearance: Beautiful hazy golden/light amber color. Very nice head with extremely small bubbles. Carbonation is very nice. Not much in the way of head retention.

Smell: Amazing. Simply amazing. A blast of fresh, ripe grapefruit followed by tropical fruit notes. Someone make a cologne out of this!

Taste: I am always hesitant to say a beer is perfect in ANY category, but this earns the distinction. Citrusy grapefruit, sweet tropical fruits and a crisp, bitter finish to refresh the palate. I could drink this forever.

Mouthfeel: Well carbonated and full bodied, but not so much as to become thick or ruin the refreshing quality.

Overall: An amazing beer. One of, if not THE best I've ever had. Full of flavor, spectacular aroma, this has everything a human could want. Now if you'll excuse me I'm off to the takeout room to procure several 6 packs.

I can only imagine a full six pack of ZD, forget having a case. This stuff is so insanely hard to find.

It has the best flavor of any IPA I have ever had… a little red grapefruit… very sweet and floral but with a good amount of bite in the finish.

Medium to full body and soooo delicious.

A - Slightly cloudy golden orange, with a full, pillowy head of off-white. The head fades slowly, and lacing is extensive and persistent.

S - A big, fat blast of hop power, with citrus rind and grass out front, pine and resin underneath, with a wildness that ranges around.

T - Following the nose, but with a malt complement that offers sweetness after a smack of citrus, mostly grapefruit. Coming in next is a tart and bitter snap, that closes with a chewy resin bitterness.

M - A light drink with decent carbonation, but the chewiness of the hop oils builds. If I ever had more than one Zombie Dust, I might still stop with one.

O - I cannot think of another beer quite like Zombie Dust. It may be an APA, and its light feel going down emphasizes this, but its clear hop focus and robust fruit and bitter has more in common with IPAs than with the typical APA I've enjoyed. I find Zombie Dust to be a pleasure, and I love the full frontal attack of the fruit and pine that is at this beer's core. It drops off quickly, so don't leave this one sitting around for long, drink it up and enjoy.
