Going off memory on this one, as I didn't have anything to take notes with. A couple of things stood out to me though. This beer was very dark, and the head was like a milk chocolate color, and the viscosity was very high. Also, this is one of the sweetest beers I have ever tried, which was close to startling for how heavy it is. It was heavy in raisin, chocolate, and toasted bread flavors, and left a streak of liquid down the glass as I drank it, but was strangely devoid of *any* lacing.
In the end, I'm thrilled I got the chance to try this one, but I was left wondering where the hype comes from. I enjoyed it, but I'm not quite sure how its top 10 material.
