2011 release. Going from some notes after I had this beer for a second time.

A: Reminiscent of motor oil with a thin brown head.
S: Chocolate, molasses, some coffee
T: Brownies, some coffee, and I'm sorry, but this is a sweet and cloying-yes, cloying-beer. Cloying to the point where I couldn't wait to finish my glass. This is probably the sweetest imperial stout I've ever had. I'm glad I drank both bottles with other people. A positive is that you can't taste the 15% ABV.
M: Thick and viscious, in line with other high-ABV imperial stouts. Almost flat.

O - I'm a big fan of most of Three Floyds' other offerings. Their Dreadnaught, Artic Panzer Wolf, Zombie Dust, Gumballhead, Alpha King, etc., etc. are amazing, but I feel this beer is more hype than anything else. Maybe this is meant to be aged, but most truly great RIS I've had are still awesome when fresh. If you haven't had this beer yet, don't feel too bad, there are better out there, nothing special about this one.
