Nov 2011 bottle, opened Jan 2015

A - Awesome looking beer. Beautiful milk chocolate khaki head pours three fingers high with great retention and nice lace. Deep, opaque ice tea body.

S - Really nice, net sweet nose. Caramel, raisin, vanilla, touch of cinnamon, pumpernickel raisin bread, soft bourbon booze, light honeydew, leather.

T - Booze-forward. Oak, brown sugar, molasses, bitter wood, plant stems, vanilla extract, warm booze, caramel.

M - Soft, medium body. Well balanced carbonation. Smooth finish.

O - Not overtly complex or deep, but still a delicious example of the style.
