Got a bottle at the pub awhile back
A: Black beer. Tan head with nice carbonation.
S: Lots of roasted malt. I dont know if its just that its a oyster stout but I feel like I can smell the coast of Maine in this beer. It brought me back to a trip that I took out east, I really like that about this beer
T: A malty sweet stout with lots of sweet malt.
M: as a english stout should feel, lighter body
O: I really like this beer for the fact that it taste great and brought me back to one of my past vacations.

picked this up back in september at the brewpub.
A: no light comes through this one, nice tan head that lasted the whole glass.
S: roasted malt, smells like the sea, a little sweetness but not much.
T: wow this was surprising, thick but very nice, again very malty sweetness and a little bitter but barely any at all.
M: a little watery at first, then thickens up. very nice.
O: if brewed again ill be picking up more than one for sure.

Served in a Three Floyds Teku and a Half Acre shaker pint. Oyster stouts are weird but this one is good. Beer is black but clear at the corners with a small head of medium bubbles, low retention, moderate carbonation.
Aroma is slight but mildly roasty and sweet. Mild "saltiness"
Beer is light in body, a little to thin, nice bitterness on the end from the roast, no lingering aftertaste, an interesting beer, some earthiness on the late palate. I might have this beer again.
