Appearance - Dark golden brown. Almost like if Coca Cola was carbonated properly. One finger of head hangs for a little bit and leaves behind some nice lacing.
Smell - Roasted malt, oats & citrus hops with hints of chocolate lurking beneath the surface.
Taste - Hoppy citrus fruit mixed with toasty malts. Big bitter aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium body, nice subtle overall carbonation that lightly tickles your tongue to let you know it's there. Finishes clean and damp.
Overall - Another winner from FFF. If you like their IPAs, you will probably like this. Hits hard at 7.1% ABV. A nice change up from the usual IPAs. This is more of a 'once in a while' beer for me.
