On-tap in Munster. 10 oz. into a tulip on May 30th, 2013.
A - Hazy Belgian golden ale coloring, blanketed with a finger of soft white head.
S - Clean rye, savory spices, black pepper, baked bread, and dry hay.
T - Unlike other FFF Belgian twists in that the bitterness is really subdued. The bread shines through quite a lot. Effervescent yeast, herbs, and a hint of some mellowed fruit.
M - Light body, dry finish. Medium-high carbonation is a tad much, oddly enough.
D- Good, but not as impressive as ZesZesZes. This certainly has different intentions though, and is every bit as drinkable.
