Cat Moves is a blend of 2013 Dark Lord with Barrel aged Robert the Bruce, Topless Witch, and Moloko. The interesting thing is that I find Dark Lord to be the hardest beer to detect in the blend.

On tap at a fundraiser, the beer was a deep black color with a mocha head served in a plastic cup. The plastic cup was beyond the realm of my control. The beer had a nice bourbon aroma that is certainly an attention getter. In the initial taste, one gets dark sweet chocolate, tart cherries, and notes of bourbon. The bourbon and wheat of Robert the Bruce are easily noticeable. The burnt malts and sweetness make for a nice milky sweetness. This is a very heavy stout, that would be tough to invest a lot of time drinking. The thickness allows it to linger like bourbony motor oil. A strangely named, great blend.
