"Refreshing American Wheat Beer that doesn't suck". Got this when I went to the brewery because they had just sold-out of Zombie Dust.
A - Light yellow color. Pretty clear with fine bright white head and significant lacing. Seemingly too clear for a wheat.
S - Nice hop aroma with a lemon hint and normal bready wheat character.
T - Great showcase for the Amarillo hop with a lemony, spicy, and faint herbal tone. The beer has a nice wheat flavor in the middle with a slightly tart finish and almost no bitterness. I was expecting there to be more bitterness because of the hop flavor but the beer matches the style well.
M - Lighter mouth-feel. The carbonation also wasn't too strong but the beer still was very well felt on the palate. With a crisp and cleaner finish.
Overall, the best "American" wheat that I've ever had. Great aroma, flavor, feel, appearance, and really takes a mostly plain and yeast dominated style and pumps it up with the hops. The refreshing taste and cleanliness of the beer make it one of the best session beers ever. It's like taking a great pale ale and adding that wheat character but not trying to tone all the flavor down. I would strongly recommend trying this for everyone out there from the elite beer connoisseur to the person that just wants a beer.
Glass- Boston Lager Glass

Served from a 12oz bottle into a LA Teku glass. Bottles 7-18
Appearance- Clear/hazy amber/gold with quick half finger head that left lacing.
Smell- Wheat malts, lemon, apples, grass, pine, pot, green grapes. Very dank and fruity.
Taste- Much of the same earthy grassy hops with light amounts of that apple and grape flavors. Pale wheat finishes with not much lingering flavor.
Mouthfeel- Really, the perfect body. Medium carbonation with a very soft body and light bitterness. Pretty goddamn drinkable.
Overall- All the FFF hoppy beers I've had (with the exception to ZD) have powerful/beautiful noses but lack in flavor a bit. Great beer, but no Zombie dust.
