enojyable. is this really a wheat beer? didn't taste any of those flavors at all. if i was giving style points it would probably not get very good ratings but it was dam tasty.
pours a hazy yellow with hints of coppery orange and a 1/2 inch head thats fairly creamy and sticks around for a while.
smell was nothing major. smelled citrusy/floral hops and thats about it.
taste was outstanding. nice creamy mouthfeel that finishes crisp and slightly dry. taste was slightly fruity up front with hits of lemon from the hops on the finish.
nice beer but to me it was more of a pale ale then a wheat.

A: Only slightly hazy orange-gold body, tufts of bubbles, a good head that leaves a thin coating on the surface, a few legs of sticky lace.
S: Mostly strikingly clean hops, most citrus fruits. Faint background of wheat. Really good, but too hop-centric for the named style.
T: Again, too hoppy for the style, but it's too good for me to knock it much. Clean, clean hops showcasing a variety of citruses with minimal bitterness playing off a slightly sweet wheat base. Finish could be longer.
M: Supremely crisp. Fluid. Lively. Refreshing. This is fantastic.
O: A simple concept wonderfully executed. Exactly matches my preferences for low bitterness, restrained hopping, and mild wheat sweetness. It's between a wheat and an IPA, I guess they can't appease both camps ('this IPA is weak!' 'this wheat has too much hops!'). All said and done, a great, easily repeatable beer.
