I received this bottle in a trade from alleykatking. Thanks Josh!
Poured into my pint glass.
When held up to the light, it has the color of a blonde ale or light lager but with a bit of yeast. This is the lightest colored wheat I've ever seen. A sticky 2 finger brilliant head results and stays around for quite some time.
Smells awesome. Intense citrusy hops, lemon zest, and a touch of husky wheat. One of the best aromas I've ever encountered.
A combination of sweet malts and husky wheat with a sharp, herbal hop presence. Follow through finishes with a bit of lemon zip.
Crisp, clean, hoppy bitterness. Refreshing.
Off the charts drinkability. This is what I would want lounging on the beach all day. Pass on the margaritas, give me a Gumballhead. Highly recommended.

A: Only slightly hazy orange-gold body, tufts of bubbles, a good head that leaves a thin coating on the surface, a few legs of sticky lace.
S: Mostly strikingly clean hops, most citrus fruits. Faint background of wheat. Really good, but too hop-centric for the named style.
T: Again, too hoppy for the style, but it's too good for me to knock it much. Clean, clean hops showcasing a variety of citruses with minimal bitterness playing off a slightly sweet wheat base. Finish could be longer.
M: Supremely crisp. Fluid. Lively. Refreshing. This is fantastic.
O: A simple concept wonderfully executed. Exactly matches my preferences for low bitterness, restrained hopping, and mild wheat sweetness. It's between a wheat and an IPA, I guess they can't appease both camps ('this IPA is weak!' 'this wheat has too much hops!'). All said and done, a great, easily repeatable beer.
