Pours a hazed golden orange. White head with a bit of lace.

Aroma: Wheat, spices, and citrus fruits. Bready malts. Orange zest and some lemon peel.

Taste: More wheat and citrus. Again, the lemon and orange show. It is kind of hoppy however. Very earthy and clean.

Mouthfeel: Zesty and clean. Light bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Ends clean.

Overall, this is an easy drinking wheat beer. Definitely something I would like to see in MN for the summers. Solid offering from FFF. A nicely hopped wheat!

Thanks to jhighlandbrewing for this bottle...

A: Pours a wonderful translucent gold with about one full finger of pure white head along the top of the beer. It's settles into a rocky ring along the edges of the glass.

S: The nose is clean and fresh. There are notes of sweet malt, wheat, corn, citrus hops, a bit of banana, and a splash of spice.

T: The initial flavors are sweet and spicy. I get a good amount of malt, a touch of banana, and then I get over whelmed by floral notes (roses and lavender) mixed with spice (coriander and turmeric). There is that familiar FFF yeast taste.

M: Light bodied beer. This thing has tons of flavor, but it doesn't last for too long. It's light and refreshing. Everything I want from a wheat beer.

O: This is really good. It's one of the best wheat beers that I have ever had. It's not at the same level as New Glarus' Dancing Man Wheat, but it's damn delicious. I'd love to have more of this beer on the regular.

Appearance. Pours a lightly hazy, rich yellow-gold with half a finger of white head.

Smell. Nice toasted wheat and fruity hops with some citrus rinds.

Taste. Toasty wheat again and some great citrusy hops in a great ballance. Just a bit of tropical fruits here and there as well. Fairly light and very refreshing flavours going on here.

Mouthfeel. Lighter body with medium+ carbonation.

Overall. Very nice and pretty unique. Loved it.

Thanks yeahnatenelson.
