Pours hazy orange with a little burnt hue to it. Head is fluffy white and retains nicely.

Smell is hop forward with mainly herbal grassy slightly floral hop aromas coming out first before a mild stone fruit aroma of nectarine come through. Caramel malt near the end adds a slight sweet aroma.

Taste follows the nose being hop forward. Lots of grassy herbal hops are first with loads of resin and oils. Bitterness is low letting some of the sweet malt and fruity hops to play off eachother nicely.

Mouthfeel is good. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation cutting. All the hop oils and resin nicely. Very drinkable and soft feeling brew. (641 characters)

Bottled on 10-30-14

A - Cloudy Amber body with clean white ~2" head. Lacing holds well throughout tasting.

S - Smell was a little less pungent than most 3F's DIPAs. Citrus, malt, and hops seemed well balanced.

T/M - Malt, sweet burnt sugars, citrus (orange more than pineapple/lemon), pine/grass. Good creamy/chewy mouth-feel. Low ABV makes for a very clean and drinkable beer.

O - Sweet malt forward taste with nice citrus and pine finish. Good DIPA with a little more malt and pine than other offerings. Not my favorite 3F DIPA, but they have so many good ones to choose from. Still quite tasty and worth checking out. Prost! (643 characters)
