When I open a corked beer and it does not pop even somewhat loudly I always feel let down. It's like a firecracker that fizzles out. A heavy pour leaves a head that disappears so quick I barely noticed it. Apple/carrot juice colored, but lighter and more hazy.
Sulfur, vinegar, peach and citrus on the nose, but in the right amounts. I think the yeast was tortured a little bit. Funky aroma that reminds me of the De Proef Primitive series and a weird fermentation experiment I did with oranges.
The sour factor is sharp and precise without being too intense; it's complemented by musty funk. Sweet and bitter in the background. Vinous without heavy oak. Nothing about this beer screams peach; I think it tastes more like orange and green grapes. About as intense as Festina Peche, and slightly more complex.
Super acidic and only medium carbonation; slightly heavy for what it is. The finish is clipped, leaving my mouth dry and almost numb.
Very interesting and refreshing. I'd want to drink this after exercising, especially while it is still very cold.
Edit: At the time of this review, this is my first rDev 0%. Son of a bitch.

No head and no lace. The liquid is light orange-amber color. A bit of haze.
When the cork pops, I do smell a whiff of peach. in the glass, it's more sour, like a peche lambic.
Very sour with a peach background. It would certainly give the lambics a run for the money. Virtually no sweetness. Full bodied with a low carbonation. Interesting, particularly from the US, I certainly appreciate the effort to make this.
