Doesn't seem to be a date on this but judging from the last review (which was over a year ago) it's at least a year, if not 2 years old.

A: Pours a clear golden with a good sized and very fizzy white head. Almost soda-like, the head. Head fizzes out quickly at first but then slows down. Zero lacing and minimal retention once it all fizzes away.

S: Kind of an acidic and mild sweet/sour peach flavor. Touch of acetone.

T: Tart peaches up front but not brutally sour. Again with a little bit of acetone. Kinda astringent in the middle with some citrus peel. Sweet and sour peach is interesting, as a previous review mentions it's almost like a peach pucker. Or peachtree schnapps or something. Decent oak in the finish with some vinegar.

M: Decent medium body for only 4.88%. Has a slick mouthfeel, almost slimy mouthcoating in the finish.

O: Decent sour. Not teeth chattering thankfully. Decent acetone and vinegar and sweet and sour fruit flavors however. Pretty flavorful and crisp for under 5%.

No head and no lace. The liquid is light orange-amber color. A bit of haze.

When the cork pops, I do smell a whiff of peach. in the glass, it's more sour, like a peche lambic.

Very sour with a peach background. It would certainly give the lambics a run for the money. Virtually no sweetness. Full bodied with a low carbonation. Interesting, particularly from the US, I certainly appreciate the effort to make this.
