Nice golden color with decent head retention. Slight haziness. A refreshing looking brew for sure.

Smell is tart as all hell. Light fruit notes of peach, dates, and floral. Almost a fruit candy smell.

The taste follows up the smell with tart tart tart fruitiness. Quite smooth for such a sour beer.

Delightful mouthfeel.

Great brew.

Maybe the best wild ale I have ever had - or at least the best one I have had for a while. Look is a peach color, reddish huges in a yellow backdrop. Smell is pure sour - not getting much else -strong and powerful - how exciting. Taste is outstanding - Searching for flavors but Sour is king and some peach aftertaste. Feel is outrageously smooth - packing that much sour in something so smooth is masterful. Overall - thought long and hard between a 4.25 and a 4.5, as I usually side with Taste for overall, but this breaks that general rule - too many good things going on here.

Appearance - The beer was peach in color with a fluffy white head.

Smell - The sour notes of peach or evident in the nose.

Taste - Once The extreme sour passes, one can really detect fresh peach skin. Notes of oak and fresh fruit juice we're also noted. The acidity of the sour lingers.

Mouthfeel - Some sours I struggle with because of the level of acidity. This is one of them. Carbonation is appropriate for the snai I struggle with because of the level of acidity. This is one of them. Carbonation is appropriate for the style.

Overall - I wish I could've finished it. Maybe I'm getting old, but I thought this was too acidic.

Densely colored (not hazy) golden copper peach with very little foam. Smell is sour with a hint of peach. Taste is sour with oak and peach, so it is really an excellent execution of its target : "ale aged in oak barrels with peaches added". Mouthfeel is clean with little carbonation, the sour aftertaste has some bite. Overall, an excellent brew of the target wild sour peach ale with oak barrel aging.

Nice peach colored appearance with a very thin 1/6" head. Aroma was soft peaches, no overly aggressive sourness, just soft Georgia peach, just like the ladies.

The peach taste continues to be soft, delicate, but not under done. The acidity is held in check, the oak is nice. The sourness is probably in the 6 range on a 1-10 scale. Really drops a great amount of peach here, this is superior to the peach sour in the rye, which is a very good beer in and of itself.

Pours hazy yellow like a wheat beer. Tiny bubbles racing to the top, highly carbonated. Smells like Brett and a hint of oak, not much peach.
Holy cow is this sour! But it's a delicious. Best sour I've had in a while.
