Cloudy gold (SRM 8-9). Three fingers of ecru head is long lived, leaving sticky patches of lace.

The Cisco fisheye pint glass emits pineapple with some grassiness. Pleasant, but little character.

The flavor follows the nose with added grapefruit. Bitterness is modest, while caramel carries up to a long, mildly bitter finish. Warmth brings out resin flavors.

Soft texture with a medium body. Light astringency with moderate alcohol. Somewhat dry.

This IPA makes for a fine, late summer beer to enjoy after yard work. Lacking complexity, but definitely enjoyable.

Poured on-tap and served in a tumbler pint, the beer is an opaque, yellow color with a low profile, big bubbled, white head. Aromas of lemongrass and peppery spice, as well as cedar and pine notes. Flavors are lemon-lime on the backbone, with cedar pitch overtones leading to a very bitter, tangy aftertaste. The citrus notes overpower a bit on the palate. The finish is tangy, spiced, and slightly drying. Bitter and strong brew that is very unique.
