Mazel Hops is a great name and a decent IPA. The beer pours a clear orange with thin white head that is not leaving much of a lacing. The scent has a combo of malt and fresh hop that leans toward floral scents. The taste is decent balance DIPA...a lot of fresh hop flavor with sweet malt balance. The mouthfeel is fuller in body with smooth carbonation. Overall a decent DIPA....and worth a try.

From the beer of the month club. This truely is a blessed beer! It pours a crystal clear honey amber with an inch and a half of pure white foam that dissipates slowly leaving little islands of sticky lacing all around my Bruery tulip.
A delicious amalgamum of citrus bursts out of the glass and into your senses. Pink Grapefruit, pineapple, orange wedges, mango, pine needles and ripe nectarines. It has a wonderful, full underlying honey drizzled biscuit, slightly sweet caramel malt bill that shines thru in the nose. This opens up and gets really dynamic as it warms up.
Juicy pineapple, tart and pungent grapefruit, just a whisp of the 8.9% shows it's beautiful head. Mango dipped in caramel, grandma's country biscuits with orange marmalade. You can almost pick out the individual hop profiles, that's how defined and refined this IIPA is.
It's a nice blend of sticky and effervescent on the tongue. Sweet tropical fruit, astringent FL citrus and a decent amount of spark on the tastebuds. It's not quite oily, nor is there too much sparkle and pop. The palate is cleansed nicely without being stripped by resin and piney citrus. Very well done!
This is a fantastic IIPA! It's not overdone, it's unashamedly done! It offers everything that an IPA lover could ask for. Tropical citrus, Florida citrus, bready malts and just enough sweetness to blend into the mix. You certainly don't taste the abv so be careful!!! Really hoping this ends up in the year round profile! Mazel Tov... I mean Mazel Hops!!!
