12 oz brown bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance - Brown with amber hues. Very thin off white head that fades as quick as it began.
Aroma - Malty. Chocolate and toffe notes. Nutty and toasty. Brown sugar.
Taste - Muddled malts. Caramel and toffee flavors. Slighty toasted and nutty. Notes of brown sugar and some slight hops bitterness on the backend.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied. Low carbonation. Dry mouthfeel. Kind of an odd finish. Its very average and a bit boring. I've definitely had better Browns.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, no bottle dating. Pours crystal clear deep reddish brown color with a 1 finger dense light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with some moderate streaming carbonation. Aromas of caramel, raisin, prune, toast, toffee, molasses, brown bread, chocolate, light roast, floral, light nuttiness, and toasted earthiness. Nice aromas with good balance and complexity of dark malt notes with moderate fruitiness; and good strength. Taste of caramel, raisin, toast, toffee, brown bread, chocolate, light roast, floral, light nuttiness, and toasted earthiness. Lingering notes of caramel, toast, toffee, raisin, chocolate, brown bread, light nuttiness, and toasted earthiness on the finish for a bit. Nice balance and complexity of dark/bready malt flavors; with a solid amount of robustness and zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied; with a creamy and lightly slick mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a nice brown ale. Good balance and complexity of dark/bready malt flavors; and very smooth to drink. A pleasantly enjoyable offering.
